Clover Creek Cheese Cellars
The Rice family produces Four Leaf Clover and twelve other styles of cheeses on their farm in Williamsburg, PA. Since 2005, they have been making cheese from their herd of sixty dairy cows. Their seasonal style of farming allows the Rices to take a break from farming in the coldest winter month of February before the cows have their babies in March and April. They spend the summer and fall months making cheese and attending farmers markets throughout South-Central Pennsylvania.
