Our aged asiago style.

We started with the easiest cheese recipe we could find. As we grew our cheese making knowledge and experience, we changed the recipe to fit our cheese making style. The result is a sensational cheese. Our children's Uncle Joe offered us a bottle of vintage homemade wine for a special finish. That's why we named this cheese after him. We've made more cheese than he made wine. Now we use Vineyard at Grandview's Sapphire White to wash the rinds giving us a unique taste that no one else can copy.

When it is young, the cheese flavor is supplemented by the fruity flavor of the wine. Now that we are aging it longer, we compare it to an aged asiago.

Ingredients: Cultured raw milk, salt, rennet and wine.

To ensure the quality of the cheese during delivery, our partners will only ship Monday through Wednesday with 1 - 2 day delivery.

The FedEx ground 1 or 2 day delivery zone for many of our partners will cover all of the Atlantic Coast to as far west as Illinois. If your delivery location is outside the FedEx Ground 2 day delivery zone, your shipping will be automatically calculated upon checkout. You will have the option to choose 2 day air or overnight.
