This cheese is delicious by itself and with crackers as a spread.
We recently put this cheese out on a tasting board with many European Cheeses and Charcuterie, the capicola and Little Antietam Tomato Basil Cheese were the first items fully consumed by our guests.
Ingredients: Pasteurized Goat Milk, Dried Tomatoes, Basil Leaves, Dried Onions, Minced Garlic, Salt, Lactic Acid Culture and Enzymes.
Our partners at Little Antietam Goat Dairy are farmstead cheese making professionals using old world techniques and recipes. Your cheese is hand picked and shipped right from their cheese cave to your door. To ensure the quality of the cheese during delivery, all shipments will go out Monday through Wednesday with 1-2 day delivery.

The Hess Family operate their Goat Farm and make Farmstead Cheese on part of the farm that was their grandfathers in picturesque Franklin County Pennsylvania. They maintain a herd of sixty French Alpine Dairy goats and feed them the most select alfalfa and grass hay and grain ensuring a top quality milk with mild and delicious flavors.
They produce their delicious fresh Chevre cheeses in the cheese plant that is on the farm using only fresh goat milk from their own herd. The cheese is then marketed locally.
