Tomme sweet Tomme - Revittle’s Kids’ Delight is a tomme style table cheese made from fresh, raw, whole goat’s milk.  Our Kids’ Delight has a distinctive earthy and musky flavored rind, which is created by the microflora that occur naturally during the cave-aging process.  Kids’ Delight spends nine months to a year in our cave, resulting in a rich, buttery, nutty and aromatic flavor. Semi-soft while young and gaining in firmness as it ages, this ‘Delight’ful cheese holds its own on a charcuterie board, paired with white or red wine, or next to pretzels at a craft beer party.  This wholesome farmstead cheese is produced at our creamery in Pennsylvania.

Our partners are farmstead cheese making professionals using old world techniques and recipes. Your cheese is hand picked and shipped from the cave to your door. To ensure the quality of the cheese during delivery, our partners will only ship Monday through Wednesday with 1 - 2 day delivery.

Revittle’s Creamery, which is located in Pennsylvania, is an Amish farm providing organic artisanal cheeses. Our Cheesemaker is deeply devoted to sustainable agriculture and, as a result, for the better part of two decades, no chemicals have touched the soil on our farm. We believe sustainability is a better way to do dairy. Our animals are all grass fed and raised without antibiotics. We believe the quality of our cheese is in direct correlation to the quality of the land our animals are raised on. Revittle cheeses are all natural rinded and aged on wood in an on-site underground cheese cave. There is nothing more fun and exhilarating than walking the fields around our farm and seeing the birds and wildlife that coexist in a beautiful natural habitat that is our land. They are there in their natural splendor because we are farming the way we are.
