This is a cow’s milk cheese in the tradition of fresh soft cheeses from the Italian Piedmont. It has a soft texture is complemented by cultured cream notes. Enjoy on cheese board with fresh fruits, spread on top of a toast with a fruit jam, melt on flat bread, or as an ingredient of stuffed sweet or savory pastries or empanadas. It is named after the “Shepherd Drive” in Lockland OH which is where My Artisano's new facility is located.

To ensure the quality of the cheese during delivery, all shipments will go out Monday through Wednesday with 1-2 day delivery.
